Agentic Labs

About

Built by engineers,
for engineering teams.

Agentic Labs started from a frustration: too many companies were paying for AI strategy decks when what they needed was someone to sit with their engineers and help them ship a production agent.

We're a small team — former ML platform engineers, infra leads, and training specialists. We've collectively shipped agent systems across fintech, devtools, e-commerce, and internal tools. We know what breaks in production. We know which frameworks are actually production-ready and which are still academic.

Every engagement we run ends with the client's team capable of maintaining and extending what we built together. That's not altruism — it's the only way to build something that lasts.

How we operate

01

Ship, don't deck.

Every engagement ends with a production artifact — not a PowerPoint about what could be built.

02

Knowledge transfer is not optional.

If your team can't own what we built, we didn't finish the job. Every engagement includes docs, evals, and a training session.

03

Small and senior beats big and tiered.

You work directly with the people who scope, build, and ship. No account managers, no delegation to juniors.

04

Name the tools.

We tell you exactly what we're using and why. Claude 4.7, Mastra, LanceDB — not "modern AI infrastructure."

05

Measure everything.

Every agent we deploy has an eval harness. We track deflection rates, latency, and accuracy — and we publish the numbers.
