What does "fixed-price" actually mean?: We scope the work upfront, agree on deliverables, and don't charge for scope creep that we caused. If requirements change materially, we scope a change order — no surprises.
What models do you use?: Claude 4.7 for most production work (best tool-use + long context), llama3.2:3b / qwen2.5:3b for latency-sensitive or self-hosted deployments.
Do you offer ongoing support after delivery?: Yes. We offer 30 and 90-day support retainers at fixed monthly rates. After that, your team should be capable of owning the system independently.
