- We scope the work upfront, agree on deliverables, and don't charge for scope creep that we caused. If requirements change materially, we scope a change order — no surprises.
- What models do you use?

- Do you offer ongoing support after delivery?
- Yes. We offer 30 and 90-day support retainers at fixed monthly rates. After that, your team should be capable of owning the system independently.
